The modernist &#8216;proto-type&#8217; followed the idea of one &#8216;ideal&#8217; model configuration, applied in a serial way, while the &#8216;proto-typology&#8217; defines a flexible and heterogenous form of organization, which can be changed and readjusted instantly and serve different cultural as well as contextual conditions. It is a process rather than a product.
